Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Food supplements are regulated differently in every country, and we'd rather do it properly than send you something that gets stopped at customs. More destinations are coming and we'll let you know.

The full delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
When your order goes out
We pack Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days. Anything ordered at the weekend goes out on the next working day.
You'll get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating - that's normal.
We'll always deliver within 30 days of your order unless we've agreed otherwise with you. If we can't, you can cancel and we'll refund you in full.
If your parcel doesn't turn up
Your order is our responsibility until it's in your hands. If it goes missing in transit, that's on us.
If tracking hasn't moved for 3 working days, or your parcel is more than 5 working days past its estimated date, email pauseperimenopause@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resend it or refund you.
If tracking says delivered but nothing's arrived, have a quick check with neighbours and any safe place you've set up with the courier, then get in touch and we'll chase it.
Delivery addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout - once a parcel has been dispatched we can't redirect it. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could take it in, we'll refund the order minus the original delivery cost, or resend it if you cover the postage again.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging, take a photo of the parcel and the contents, and email us within 30 days. We'll replace it or refund you — your choice. Full detail on our Returns & Refunds page.
